Both parties approach us on an ongoing basis, and because we know both sides of the table, we can create the right match. There is no charge for candidates to be considered for Board Shortlist.

Tell us you would like to be considered. We continuously assess relevant opportunities and contact you when a board seat matches your profile. Along the way, we advise you on your board CV, among other things. You will need to invest work and energy in the process yourself; we help put your profile forward in the right contexts.

Receive a shortlist of candidates
Tell us what your board is missing. We compose a shortlist of relevant candidates from among our graduates, based on in-depth knowledge of their competencies and experience. Not a database, but people we know.

We recommend only candidates we have assessed thoroughly and know from Board Institute’s board education. That allows us to vouch for their professional profile, experience and personal strengths, and for their command of the core competencies that professional board work requires.

There is no charge for graduates of Board Institute’s board education to be considered for Board Shortlist. For boards seeking candidates, an executive search costs DKK 25,000 excl. VAT.
We recommend only candidates we have assessed thoroughly and know from the board education, based on in-depth knowledge of their competencies and experience.
